Bilingual sex therapist
Sexual and relationship health
Sexuality is an integral part of your health, and above all, it is a process that evolves over time.
I support individuals and couples facing sexual and relationship difficulties, especially when they arise or intensify during life transitions. Sexuality changes with age, but not only: it depends on many factors and can become a challenge that I can help you meet.
Working in partnership with you, my aim is to help you find a sexuality that is free of guilt, conscious, peaceful and chosen.
An integrative approach combining sex therapy, coaching and Ericksonian hypnosis.
Each therapy is tailored to your situation. Depending on your needs, I draw on therapeutic dialogue, mind-body exercises, coaching tools to move towards your goals, or Ericksonian hypnosis to gently work on blocks, anxiety and your connection to your body.
Reasons to consult a sex therapist
Sex therapy covers many areas. Here is a non-exhaustive list of reasons people come to see me.
-
Pregnancy and postpartum: getting to know your body and a new kind of intimacy.
Fertility treatment (IVF, ART): supporting your emotional and sexual life during medical protocols.
Menopause & andropause: support through hormonal changes and their impact on sexuality.
Illness & surgery: a fulfilling sex life with a chronic condition, cancer or after surgery.
-
Pain during sex: dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia.
Desire disorders: low libido, inhibited or aversive desire, desire discrepancy in the couple.
Arousal disorders: persistent vaginal dryness, erectile dysfunction.
Orgasm disorders: anorgasmia, delayed ejaculation.
-
Couple communication: restoring intimate dialogue.
Identity & orientation: questions about gender, sexual orientation or relationship patterns.
Trauma: support after sexual violence (alongside psychological or medical care).
Sex education: lack of information, blocks rooted in upbringing or limiting beliefs.
-
Mindfulness & intimacy: learning to reconnect with your sensations (including through hypnosis).
Managing performance anxiety: stepping out of control and learning to let go.
My training
Each tool addresses specific aspects of sexual health: some help to understand relational and emotional patterns, others to explore the connection with the body, emotions, desire, or the unconscious mechanisms that can affect intimate life.
This combination allows me to tailor sex therapy to each person or couple, because sexual difficulties are rarely only "sexual": they can be influenced by personal history, mental load, body image, stress, relationship dynamics, emotions, parenthood or life experiences.

Frequently asked questions
-
A first session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 15. This time allows me to understand your situation and your goals, and to agree together on the right approach. Follow-up sessions also last one hour (or 1 hour 30 for couples).
-
A session begins with a conversation about your situation, your concerns and your goals. I ask questions to better understand the context. Then, depending on the issue, I may suggest tools: therapeutic dialogue, mindfulness techniques, mind-body exercises or Ericksonian hypnosis. Each session is tailored to your needs. Nothing is invasive or medical.
-
Sex therapy is not currently reimbursed by French Social Security or by most complementary health insurers ("mutuelles"), as I am not a doctor. Some insurers offer "well-being" or "alternative medicine" packages: check with yours. I will provide an invoice for your claim.

Of course. Professional confidentiality is absolute. Everything shared during our sessions is strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law (immediate danger). Your personal data is secured and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
-
In couple sessions, I maintain a neutral and caring stance towards both partners. Information shared in joint sessions remains confidential. If one of you would like an individual session to discuss specific matters, that is possible: what is said individually will not be disclosed to your partner unless you explicitly allow it.

I work with men, women and non-binary people. Sexual difficulties affect all genders. Whether it is erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low desire or performance anxiety, I can help.
