Data collected and purposes

– Booking (via Cal.com): first and last name, email address, phone number and any information entered when booking. Purpose: managing appointments, sending the confirmation and the reminder the day before. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.

– Email exchanges and pre-consultation questionnaire (Tally online form): information you choose to share, including data concerning your health and sex life. Purpose: preparing and following up your sessions. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

– Invoicing: name, service, amount, date. Legal basis: legal accounting obligation.

– Browsing: Squarespace functional and analytics cookies, set according to your choices in the cookie banner.

Confidentiality: information shared in sessions and in the questionnaire is covered by professional secrecy. It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing purposes.

Recipients: only Margaux MANGEL and her technical providers: Squarespace (website hosting), Cal.com (booking), Make (automated confirmation and reminder emails, data hosted in the European Union), Tally (online questionnaire, data stored in the European Union), Infomaniak (email, Switzerland). Some may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Retention periods: booking data, questionnaire and client file: 10 years after the last appointment. Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation). Cookies: 13 months maximum.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, by writing to contact@margauxmangel.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
